We are excited to announce that our school podcast, Finton Talks, is now live on Spotify!
Episode 1 is a recording of our recent panel discussion, titled Charting Your Child’s Future: Gen AI and the Changing Educational Landscape. As we stand at the cusp of a new era, where artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly integrated into our lives, it's imperative to understand how this technological revolution will shape the future of education.
What skills will Gen Alpha need in the AI-dominated world? How can we prepare them for careers that may not even exist yet? Do we need to think about what a ‘successful’ education looks like? How will AI revolutionize traditional education methods, teaching, and examinations? Finally, what are the opportunities, risks and ethical considerations we need to be thinking about with AI in the classroom?
The debate was hosted by school governor Julian Walker, who is a communications expert and CEO of Instinctif Partners. The panel consisted of Headmaster Ben Freeman, current parent and generations expert Dr Eliza Filby and Chief of Staff at Eigen Technologies, Tom Cahn.
