The festive period can be joyful — but for many children and their families, it also brings unique challenges. From changes in routine to sensory overload, emotional regulation struggles and social pressures, Christmas can quickly feel overwhelming.

In this practical and affirming parent workshop, we’ll explore:

• How to reduce pressure and manage expectations (including your own!)
• Emotional regulation strategies to support children through big festive feelings
• Navigating sensory sensitivities — lights, sounds, smells and all!
• And most importantly… can you have pizza on Christmas Day? (Spoiler: absolutely.)
